A message from the Author

Originally, I wrote this book for myself. I was trying to make my job easier. I found that during my many Internet safety lectures to parents, teachers, and students they would ask me questions regarding the Internet that would often take a great deal of time to properly answer. I wanted something that I could give to parents and teachers that would help to answer these questions.

With that in mind I wrote this book for anyone who is concerned about their online kids and who wants to learn more about how to help keep their family safe. I hope that I have managed to help even one family from making the same mistakes that I have seen many others make.

The Internet is a fast paced, ever changing creature, so if there is something that I have missed or something that you think that I should add, or change, please feel free to drop me a line and let me know. I cannot promise that I can respond to all correspondence; however, I will do my best to read everything that you send.

Thanks,

Glen Klinkhart
